From Texas Furniture Ranch to Your Front Door

In-Store Pickup:

• We offer complimentary loading and securing of purchased merchandise at our store location.

• If you prefer to secure the merchandise yourself, please note that you are responsible for damages (e.g., overtightening, rope or strap burns).

• In case of damages or errors during pickup, it is your responsibility to notify the store within 24 hours for an exchange. Failure to do so will forfeit our liability for any damages.

 

Third-Party Pickup:

• If a third party is contracted for pickup, it is considered a customer pickup, and the same policies mentioned above apply.

• In case of a broken, defective, or incorrectly loaded item, or for a manufacturer warranty claim, it is the responsibility of the customer or third party to return the furniture and arrange for another pickup (exchange or repair).

 

Reservation Hold:

• Reserved furniture is held for 30 days. After this period, the reservation is considered abandoned unless picked up or scheduled for delivery.

 

Delivery Policy:

• Our delivery service includes doorstep delivery only.

• We do not move or haul off existing furniture nor do we deliver upstairs under any circumstances.

• If you are not present at the delivery location when your delivery arrives, you forfeit the delivery cost. This results in an additional delivery fee for us to return.

• To schedule delivery, the furniture and delivery fee must be paid in full.

• All deliveries are taxable as per the State of Texas Comptroller if the merchandise is taxable.
